We have a laboratory equipped with modern devices capable to do analytical, organoleptical and microbiological assays.

Our analytical lab does regularly

  • pH
  • Humidity
  • Peroxidas-tests.

We test regularly the end-products for the followings:

  • Germs
  • Coliforms
  • E. Coli
  • Yeast, mould
  • Staphylococcus,
  • Clostridium

 

Beside that we check regularly with microbiological assays the followings:

  • Personal hygiene
  • Water analysis
  • Line cleanliness, environment monitoring
  • Checking Best before dates
  • Phases analysis.

 

External accredited laboratories do the following assays:

  • Pesticide residues
  • Heavy metals
  • Salmonella
  • Listeria sp.
  • Water analysis

 

In order to deliver competent information for the production we examine every incoming raw materials.
During the production we do controls regularly, which makes possible to refine the technological parameters to achieve the best quality end-product.

We control and qualify the end-product based on our own and customer's specifications.

We introduced the HACCP system for every product, which is continously maintained and controlled to ensure food safety. Our factory has awarded the EFSIS/BRC High Grade Certification which regulates the functioning of the whole factory from the growing of raw material through processing to maintaining the factory's hygiene level. Maintaining our quality assurance system guarantes for our customers the highest quality and hygiene level.
We give trainings oppurtinities to our employees, and we regularly take part in conferences in order to keep the food safety and used technology on the highest level. We have recourse to professional organisations for trainings, improving the hygiene level and technology.
